The Abu Dhabi fragrance, composed by perfumer Mylène Arlan, has a guest of honor: the date. This tasty fruit, emblematic of the Al Aïn oasis, an Emirati cultural and plant heritage, gives the fragrance its delicately generous, enveloping character. Abu Dhabi feels like the gentle undulation of a palm, and the caress of a fabric, that of al Sadu, a traditional Bedouin weaving technique, which adorns the flacon. About the flacon: Abu Dhabi’s flacon is inspired by Al-Sadu patterns, the Emirati traditional technique of weaving.
ABOUT THE BRAND
Husband and wife team Clara and John Molloy founded fragrance brand MEMO almost a decade ago, having exploredthe world over, heaving bags of inspiration along the way. With that in mind, the Molloys produced a collection of scents based on the cities they have visited and loved, including Russia, Morocco, Ireland, Ibiza and Spain, amongst others.
