We currently offer shipping within Singapore only. However, we have both physical and online stores in Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. If you are located in these countries, you are welcome to visit our stores to shop in person or browse our online offerings.

Order Tracking
You may track your order through J&T express https://www.jtexpress.sg/trackmyparcel and insert your Order ID. Alternatively you can click on the delivery tracking link in the shipment confirmation e-mail that we would have sent to you when your order was delivered.
Can I request for a store pick up?
The store pickup option is temporarily suspended until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to change the address, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information. If the package is still marked as "in transit" or if you haven’t received it within the given timeframe, please email us customercare@escentials.com (Operating hours: 9.00AM SGT – 5.30PM SGT Monday to Friday, Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and we will assist you in locating your order.
Longer delivery time will be needed in the following situations:
- Any out-of-stock items
- Delivery details provided are incomplete
- Request from customer to change order or delivery details
- During festive seasons or store promotional periods

“Working day” does not include Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays in Singapore.
