HOW TO USE?
Very easy to use, glide along the lash line the creamy pencil. Apply on the waterline inside the eyes to intensify the look. Smudge it for soften the pencil or for a smoky look. The pencil can also be applied outside the eyes on the eyelid as an eyeliner or an eyeshadow.
